About
With 10 years in renovation and new construction, I decided to transition to real-estate inspections. My course of study took me through the American Home Inspectors Training school where I achieved a license as a Professional Real-estate Inspector. My wife Stephanie and two sons have been along for the ride as I decided to pivot into this amazing field that I feel so passionate about. I pride myself on my ability to explain to home-owners the various systems that will make up their new homes.

Carbon Monoxide
This furnace exhaust flue pipe was disconnected from the home following a recent roof replacement. If the furnace would have been turned on during the winter the house would have been filled with dangerous carbon monoxide gas.
Lead water pipe
This tulip shaped joint is a telltale sign of a lead pipe. While sewer exhaust pipes would not be much of a danger to inhabitants the valve indicates that this is an incoming water supply and could pose significant hazards to occupants.
Moisture mayhem
Shower fan ventilation that is not exhausted to the outside can create moisture issues and decay in your attic.
